Sherrard Falls is roughly a 50 minutes’ drive away from Coffs Harbour, or about 1hour40minutes’ from Armidale town centre. From Coffs Harbour travel south on the A1. Then turn right onto Waterfall Way (B78) and follow it for the next 33km until you reach Sherrard Falls (well-signposted). It’s a 1.2km’ drive away from Newell Falls, when drive towards Armidale. The road is a sealed one.

There is no official car park associated with this falls, but there is a small pullout (1-2 cars) 100m past the bridge over the falls.

Ideally, you enjoy the falls’ beauty from your car. But if you really want, you can leave your car on a side of the road as described above, and, with care, walk along the road for 2 minutes. Take extreme care!

Sherrard Falls is a permanent waterfall.
