Millstream Falls is roughly a 1hr 10minutes’ drive away from Innisfail, or just 25 minutes’ from Millaa Millaa. From Millaa Millaa head west along the State Highway 25, then slide left onto State Highway 24 until you reach the National Highway 1, then turn left onto this highway and follow it for the next 18.5km. Then turn left onto Millstream Falls Rd (well signed) which is a gravel road. A dedicated car park is found at the end of the road (1km from the main highway).

The car park has all sort of facilities, including picnic tables, fire place and toilets.

From the car park follow an easy 10 minutes track which brings you to the upper lookout platform. The foot path is a wheel-chair friendly.

Return via the same route. Total walking time is about 20min.

Millstream Falls is a permanent waterfall. Best time to visit – Dec to Mar.
