Walking and driving instructions

Mena Creek Waterfall is roughly a 20minutes’ drive away from Innisfail or 1hr20min from Cairns. From Innisfail travel south-west along Innisfail Japoon Rd for 19km. Mena Creek Waterfalls car park, on your left, is a few meters past Paronella Park entrance. The road surface is sealed.

The car park is a reasonable size and has toilets and picnic tables.

From the car park follow a well-maintained walking path, which brings you to the base of the waterfall. It's nice and easy 5 minutes walk.

Return via the same route. Total walking time is 5-10 minutes.

There is a great view of the waterfall and the upper cascade from under the bridge leading to Paronella Park.

Mena Creek Waterfall is a permanent waterfall. Beautiful all year round.
