Actually two waterfalls Upper and Lower, Ebor Falls are fed by the Guy Fawkes River, and are found along the popular Waterfall Way.

Walking and driving instructions

 

Upper Ebor Falls is roughly a 1hr30 minutes’ drive away from Coffs Harbour, or about 1hour’ from Armidale town centre. From Armidale head east on the B78 for 79km. Just before Ebor village, turn left onto well-signposted Ebor Falls Rd. You will reach The Upper Ebor Falls Picnic Area in 550m. The road is a sealed one.

A good size car park has all sorts of facilities, including toilets, picnic tables and track’s signs.

It is a very short and easy walk from the parking to the Upper Falls lookout platform. A beautiful two-steps waterfall is perfectly viewed and can be photograph from this platform. Return via the same route (2-5 minutes total walk); or walk to the Lower Ebor Falls via a walking track (roughly 30-minutes one way) ; or just jump into a car a drive along Ebor Falls Rd for 550m and walk 2 minutes from there.

Ebor Falls are permanent waterfalls which flowing well throughout a year.
